Return Policy for The Hockey Mom's Pro Shop

At The Hockey Mom's Pro Shop, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our return policy. Please review the following terms and conditions:

30-Day Returns for Product Defects

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended, we offer a 30-day return window to request a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  1. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
  3. The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@hockeymomsproshop.com to initiate your return request. Please provide your order number and details about the defect or damage.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Securely package the item, including all original packaging and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be defective. If the return is due to a product defect, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refund or Replacement:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved:

  • For product defects, you will be eligible for a refund to your original payment method or a replacement product, as per your preference.
  • If the return is not due to a product defect, it will be subject to our standard return policy, and a refund will be issued for the product cost only.

Exclusions:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
